Domestic Shipping

Wee Wallaby offers free shipping on orders over $99 within the US (Hawaii and Alaska excluded). No handling fees will be added. We ship using the US Postal Service (USPS) .  USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority will be used to deliver packages.  Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

 Wee Wallaby does not offer International Shipping at this time.

Gift wrap is available for $4 an item. If you would like to include a gift message for free with your package please enter it in the Special Instructions box when you are checking out. It will appear on the packing slip that is sent out with the package.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product we will only accept new, unopened diapers for return. They must be unwashed and in their original packaging with tags. Diapering accessories must be in their original packaging. You have 30 days from the invoice date to return the product. A copy of the receipt must be included and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. There is a 10% restocking fee if you choose to be credited back to your card. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit.

If you choose to receive store credit you will receive a gift card valid for 6 months. Store credit is for the full purchase. If the item was shipped with free shipping the cost of shipping will be deducted from the store credit. All returns must be new, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

If you purchase a package deal and return some of the items we will adjust the bill so that the items kept are charged as individual items at individual prices.

We are not responsible for lost packages so we recommend insurance or delivery confirmation.
